Understanding Umbrakinesis: Part One and Part Two Introduction: Umbrakinesis: The mental manipulation of shadow and yes, this is very much actuality, since in our reality shadow exist only with some consistency of light. Umbrakinesis is the manipulation of shadow by a means of emittion of a repulsive field and manipulation of obverse from individual, when this repulsion is induced the dispersal of light dims the area to shadow. Umbrakinesis can be linked in correlation to Shadow Travel, Shadow + Movement = 's a transference of energy or matter. What is a Photon? A photon is an atomic particle which transmits light (Electromagnetics spectrum) Light can exist in many different colors, depending on the wavelength of the photon particle. The lowest frequency would show a red color while the highest color would show violet Photon also have polarization and repulsion which is the idea of Umbrakinesis. Preparation: Before you attempt to do umbrakinesis, ask yourself this 1.Why do you want to do umbrakinesis? 2.Do you believe in umbrakinesis? After you answer those question, you can now move onto the next step. Lesson 1: Umbrakinetic meditation What is an umbrakinetic meditation? umbrakinetic meditation is a kind of meditation that can help you to boost your concentration while doing umbrakinesis & help to speed up the process. To do an umbrakinetic meditation, first you must find yourself a comfortable place to meditate and make sure to turn off all of the light bulbs or anything that emit light. Now sit with your leg crossed vice versa, after that close your eye, empty your mind, let all day thought gone. now you must look into the darkness in your mind, visualize there's a lighted candle that trying to push away the darkness, now visualize the darkness in your mind is like an army of shadow that'll fight it until there's no photon left from the candle, when you've done it you can move on to the next lesson. Lesson 2: Umbrakinetic meditation - concentration (Awareness of shadow) What?? umbrakinetic meditation again?? well lesson 1 is only a warm up, now this is the real deal. First, like lesson 1 find a comfortable place for you to meditate, but this time keep the light bulbs on, now close your eyes, try to look around you with your eye closed, what i want you to do here is to find the darkness within the room that already illuminated with the light bulbs, wew pretty hard huh? well keep looking, but while you doing this i also want you to concentrate on your hand, try to visualize the energy in your palm is moving from your palm to your finger and to your palm again, and so on, now you're doing 2 stuff at a one time, just like watching TV and eating cereal, you look to the TV but you also move your hand to eat. Now back to finding the darkness, after you find it you stop, open your eyes and look to all of the place where you find it. Now answer this question: 1.How many place you look in the room? 2.How many place that have a shadow in the room in your mind? 3.How many darkened place you see in the room? So miss a place? or you look at the place where you see a shadow and don't see a shadow there? well don't worry this is your first, just practice this everyday for about 1-2 hours to get a better result.
